Direct measuring of correction planes

The measuring system based on Direct3D technology allows to perform direct entry of parameters of load adjustment. To input the parameters it is necessary to lay on the electronic ruler to the supposed plane of load adjustment. Based on data, the machine accurately calculates the required load mass and its location. The end stage of Direct3D technology - adjustment of belt load by means of electronic ruler: accurately on distance, corresponding to inputed exactly in angular position, the operator fixes the load in the clamp, pulled it out to acoustical signal and presses to the rim. This technology allows to balance any wheel for one cycle.

The main reason for many wheel balancer's inefficiency at work with alloy rims is using of traditional technology for definition weight's installation sites. Calculations are made on basis of wheel's width and diameter data, which are inputted manually or using the simple gauge arm, and relative rim's profile is preset by the wheel balancer's manufacture.

However because of mismatch between the actual rim's profile and the suspended profile, the actual place of installation may significantly deviate from the settlement by the offset and the diameter (ref. picture). This in turn, leads to a residual imbalance. And therefore requires repeated cycles of balancing.
