ExpressService Machines

KS-120 CARBON CLEANER

KS-120 Carbon Cleaner is designed for complete diagnostics and cleaning of carburetor, injector, DI, GDI, NeoDI and other fuel system types.
KS-120 provides extensive coverage for most existing cars.
An important advantage of the unit is an extended diagnostics system. It allows making versatile estimation of the fuel system’s conditions thus providing grounds for a reasoned decision to proceed further servicing of the fuel system.

CONNECTION

The unit is connected to a fuel system of the vehicle through the special adaptors supplied in set. Large variety of adaptors facilitates to hook up to gasoline carburetor and injector fuel systems as well as to diesel fuel systems.

OPERATION CONTROL

KS-120 is controlled through an intuitive keypad accompanied by LCD indication of the current mode. The LCD also contains information about the cleaning cycle duration, pressure, vacuum, rpm and voltage values and service life of the unit.

GASOLINE ENGINE CLEANING

The unit performs complete cleaning of automobile fuel systems. It features 2 modes of cleaning:

The quality of the cleaning is examined through the throttle vacuum measuring.

DIESEL ENGINE CLEANING

Removal of sludge and debris from the fuel lines, high pressure fuel pump and injectors.

КS-119 ATF Changer

КS-119 ATF Changer is designed for easy and quick complete ATF exchange. The unit provides extensive coverage for most existing vehicles with automatic transmission.

CONNECTION

The unit is hooked up to the transmission cooling line by means of special adaptors and quick locking conectors supplied in set.

The machine will automatically determine flow direction in the transmission cooling system and make all necessary adjustments and venting on activating the exchange mode.

FLUSHING

KS-119 allows initial cleaning of the connected AT with special detergents. Components and pump employed in the unit are resistant to chemicals; it allows using the machine for detergent filling-in.

Due to further 100% fluid exchange the detergent residue with debris will be removed completely from the AT thus enhancing the service effect.

EXCHANGE

KS-119 provides complete accurate replacement of old fluid in automatic transmissions and minimizes the fluid waste. Special hydraulic pump is employed to provide fluid replacement in equal proportion at the working speed of the AT cooling system pump. New fluid intake from any external tank makes the unit convenient in exploitation. Large capacity containers placed within the special compartment of the unit are supplied together with the machine.

KS-121 Antifreeze Changer

KS-121 Antifreeze Changer is designed for complete coolant exchange and full diagnostics of the engine cooling system for most car types. Involved technologies provide up to 3 times quicker accurate coolant replacement. Comparing to similar equipment servicing KS-121 leaves 2x smaller residues of the old antifreeze in the cooling system.

CONNECTION

The unit is connected by means of special adaptors supplied in set. When the machine is connected correctly the impeller flow indicator rotates clockwise. In case of wrong connection the unit or the vehicle systems will not be damaged; an operator should just reverse hoses to hook up correctly.

New fluid intake from any external tank makes the unit convenient in exploitation. 2 large capacity containers placed within the special compartment of the unit are supplied together with the machine.

KS-121 is capable to facilitate draining and charging of the receiver and top part of the radiator.

FLUSHING

KS-121 allows initial cleaning of the connected cooling system with special detergent liquids. The detergent may be conveniently poured to the cooling system with the unit connected and the vehicle engine running.

EXCHANGE

KS-121 provides complete accurate replacement of old antifreeze in the vehicle cooling system. The unit performs rapid fluid exchange at the system pressure not exceeding normal working pressure values for every particular car.
